Promotion not applied followed by terrible customer support
tried to sign up for myQ amazon key access based on a free camera promotion. signed up, but zero mention of how to get free camera.
teied customer support- AI nonsense. direct me to contact amazon. found CS phone # for myQ. contacted and badly delayed connection to india.
said would have to call back. been at this BS for an hour. participating in anything nowadays only leads to frustration.
im done. companies are screwing themselves trying to save a dollar.

I would not use this company thay told me that I would get my money back that was stole off my card and I been waiting 2 weeks now and I still have not got my money back.I never give anyone promission to take anything off my card .
I want my money put back on my card. I don't have an account with you, and I did not use my card to pay you. If I have to, I will turn this over to my attorney and put you in court.

Verified ReviewerCan’t get garage opener to connect to my WiFi strong signal
I talked to 4 different people and was cut off and no one returned my call to finish troubleshooting. The issue was never resolved kept getting a WiFi ending in bbe and not my home WiFi which the signal is full strength. I was trying to link MyQ to my iPhone 16pro max and my wifes 16pro Max.
User's recommendation: Make sure they know what to do and speak really good English and also ask for a phone # to call back if the call drops

This is TRASH!!! I was hoping to get my issue solved but I made my complaint and at the end of my complaint they asked me to pay $5 plus $40 which came to $45 and a recurring charge of $40 a month FRAUD!!!
I would have to cancel it myself!!! They stated that the $5 will be refundable

Fraudulent bill. I agree to one test know they billing me every month
They need to be honest. Once they have your credit card they bill you every month. I only sign up for one test thats, this should be illegal to get someone credit card and use it over an over

They have illegally taken almost $70 from my account without my authorization(7 withdrawals of $9.99)

Since myQ requires me to be at the device, the problem cannot be resolved until I return to my home, but that will not be for another 2 months. Meantime, I have no control over my garage door, which was opening itself due to the malfunction.
It's disturbing that myQ does not provide 24 hour support or have the ability to connect to their device over the internet to troubleshoot it. So I have to worry now, that my garage door could open at any time and I may not be able to close it.
I discovered today when a maintenance person came by my home that my garage door had been open for 6 days. He closed it manually, but it just opened again, and I cannot close it!
I tried calling, but MyQ does not have 24-hour customer service.
So now my garage door will be open for another night while I'm 700 miles away! This is a horrible product with no customer support!
